We’re looking for a Designer to join our world-class user-centered team.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the Team Delivery of Responsive Web & Mobile App Design
  • Continuous user research, testing validation and commercial value
  • Create lean responsive prototypes vs overly specified docs that people don’t read
  • Champion concepts from inception, user validaton, through development

Foundation Required

  • Laws of Simplicity and the Design Gestalt
  • Problem Solution Identification and Validation
  • Information Architecture / Process Flows
  • Lofi - Hifi User Testing
  • Responsive Figma or Sketch files using components
  • Using or Creating Design Systems
  • Read/Write responsive HTML and CSS
  • Portfolio
